Welcome to the practices of Dr. Kenneth L. Enns, C.Psych., and Dr. Lesley J. R. Enns, C.Psych. We are registered psychologists who practise in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our independent practices are affiliated with each other through the firm of ENNS, ENNS, AFFILIATES, REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGISTS. We work with individuals, couples, families, and organizations to provide a wide range of services, including psychological assessment, psychological therapy, coaching (career & executive), and consultation.
We provide services within the province of Manitoba, in person and through telepsychology, including phone calls and video conferencing.
We provide assessment, therapy, and consultation primarily to adults. We also provide therapy to adolescents who are at least fourteen years old, and assessments to individuals from six years of age to senior adulthood.

We Are Highly Experienced Psychologists
Each of us has decades of experience as registered psychologists, primarily working with individuals, couples, and families. Through our practices we also work with organizations, to help their clients, employees, and sometimes the organizations themselves. ENNS, ENNS, AFFILIATES, REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGISTS helps its clients by applying evidence-based psychological knowledge and professional techniques in organizational settings.
We help our clients through individual therapy, relationship counselling, and psychological assessment, as well as vocational assessment and consultation. At ENNS, ENNS, AFFILIATES, REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGISTS, we work professionally, primarily with adults, but we also provide therapy to adolescents who are at least fourteen years old and psychological assessments to individuals from six years of age to senior adulthood.
In general, through in-person appointments or telepsychology, we provide services directly to our clients. Under certain circumstances, we also provide service to clients with the assistance of our associates-assistants who work under our supervision as employees of our separate practices. Other registered psychologists affiliated with our practices are requested at times to provide services to our clients or to work on joint projects. Our office administrator and other administrative personnel assist us with the administrative side of our practices.

Through the use of psychological assessment, therapy, and consultation, we aim to help our clients manage their personal and/or vocational lives in order that they can live more effectively. Our goal is also to assist our clients in enhancing their overall psychological well-being. Our services include:
Assessments of cognitive and intellectual functioning and disabilities
Assessments of learning disabilities, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and academic skills
Assessment and counselling to improve learning strategies, and assistance in coping with learning disabilities, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
Assessments to determine eligibility for disability funding or services
Assessments and therapy for personality traits, mental health, behaviour patterns, parental capacity, and health habits
Vocational assessment and counselling
Assessment, counselling, and consultation concerning vocational rehabilitation, hiring, promotion, career development, and career transition
Funding of Services
The private practice psychological services of Dr. Kenneth Enns and Dr. Lesley Enns are not funded by Manitoba Health. Their psychological “health services” are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax and the Provincial Sales Tax, and potentially may be claimed as a “medical expense” Income Tax Deduction.
